Emma mattress delivery problems
On Trust Pilot, there have been negative reviews for Emma mattress for some time. The frustration mostly stems from late deliveries ranging from a few weeks to more than a month. Customers also complain about lack of communication with the company’s support.
Unfortunately, there is no official information about the problem, either on the manufacturer’s website or in the media, which leads to these delays and inconvenience for the company’s customers. And since there is no official information about the problem, it is also not known when it will be fixed and there will be no delivery problems.

I would give Emma mattresses a 0 star…
I would give Emma mattresses a 0 star if I could. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for any update on the whereabouts of my mattress. I’ve had no communication from Emma since the confirmation email of my order, only stupid spam emails about how great they are.
I’ve sent multiple emails and tickets asking what on earth is going on, only to be met with generic email saying “we will look into it”. I’ve sent another email three days ago requesting a refund and have yet to still hear back from them. Do not use Emma mattresses, they are an awful company with a joke of a customer service. There are much better mattress companies out there, and I encourage you to use them instead. Wish I’d just gone with Simba insteadWorth every penny!
The Emma Classic, which we got in double size, is very comfortable and worth every penny. Ours was delivered on time by a very professional 2-person delivery team, who not only carried the mattress to our room of choice, but even took off their shoes when they entered our home without asking.
AVOID! Terrible service from this company
Terrible service from this company. I would encourage anyone looking at buying a new mattress to avoid them. They are clearly very understaffed, our mattress was delayed over 3 weeks but we were not notified. We moved house in the meantime and couldn’t reach anyone in customer support to help us. Their chat function is sales only and we were told the support team were overwhelmed and nothing they could do. A £1600 mattress and no customer service. We will now have to go through a lengthy and painful refund process.

Mattress ordered over four weeks ago. Excuses for non arrival. Asked for refund. This was actioned, without the cost of old mattress removal. When queried we were told we had used that service! Eventually agreed we had not used that service and further refund agreed. Bought elsewhere with 24 hour delivery.
I wonder how long the refund will take?
